Rebecca Smith is the true definition of a girl on a mission, or should I say with a mission. She started her incredible company, Better Life Bags first as a hobby to beat boredom and turned it into a business that helps woman struggling to find employment.
“Our mission is to hire women who have various barriers to employment to make our custom leather and fabric bags. They are adopted into our Better Life family and given a chance to succeed in life, family, and friendship.”
I love that these bags are custom (yes, you help in the design process) and hand stitched by the women in the Better Life Bag family. Rebecca sent me a few bags to review and I must say, i’m super impressed with the quality and trendiness of the bags. I’ve actually started carrying their Ashley crossbody bag on a daily basis, it’s the perfect size to take with me on the go.
One of my favorite parts about Better Life Bags is that each bag comes with a signed note letting you know who personally made your bag.
Because of your purchase, she is able to have work, provide for her family and feel honor. Thank you.
